Design
Our design is people-focused, functional, and geographically appropriate. From the start, we have placed a premium on architecture and design, working with leading architects and designers alongside our in-house teams to enhance every aspect of our projects. Valuing a lasting impact, our architecture and design adapts to and complements the geographical influences of the local climate, history and culture of the areas we are in. Every detail is important, from the feeling to the flow to the fixtures.
Development
Since the beginning, we have developed nearly every type of residential home, including affordable and workforce housing, luxury rental, and for-sale residences. Combined with our retail and office developments, our experience allows us to incorporate all of these uses into dynamic urban communities.
Construction
In order to construct long-lasting properties, Loos Development started by assembling an expert construction team. We bring our in-house construction, permitting, and design talents together with municipalities and outside architects, engineers, and contractors to establish a cooperative, collaborative team. Through continuous communication, we go the extra mile to make those relationships thrive. Since no two projects are alike, our construction team manages all construction activities from predevelopment to turnover.
By taking responsibility for the entire project life cycle and integrating every product and service necessary to design and assemble places, this allows us to optimize for speed and efficiency.
